Bistro 1860 Wine Bar & Spirits
This charming French restaurant in Louisville was absolutely exquisite! They have a wonderful patio with quaint fireplaces, a very beautiful and intimate dining room, wonderful cocktails and unbelievably delicious cuisine. While in Louisville I stuck to bourbon and had the perfect old fashioned with Basil Haden, a favorite of mine, while my ma had a Moscow mule. We started with escargot and Pomme Fries that came with a Cajun sauce that I would have bathed in if they would have allowed it. We then shared a creamy shrimp pasta that was out of this world. Everything was incredible, and that’s coming from a girl who is usually very picky! We ended the night on the beautifully lit patio by the fireplace with a bottle of their Cabernet Sauvignon. It was the most perfect last night in Louisville!
